Nigel Thompson
Managing Director
Nigel heads up the major projects and consultancy. Founder of With Water Pty Ltd with over 35 years of experience in irrigation and water treatment. Nigel is an HND Engineer in soil dynamics and water technologies.
Sam Milani
Design and Consultancy
Sam is a highly respected Water Engineer in our water industry; having spearheaded and developed many water system innovations over the last 35 years. Sam partners with us to design systems and adds valued consultancy. Nigel and Sam both worked at Netafim developing many aspects of Dripline Irrigation and Waterwise innovations.
Alan Clement
Cad and Technical Design
Mechanical Draftsperson and Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. Alan has worked with me for over 20 years. Alan’s gentle nature and attention to engineering design detail is a great asset.
Industry Bodies
With Water is approved by Western Australia’s Water Corporation as Water-wise Installer. This provides us with the ability to work on behalf of Water Corporation and submit claims when necessary.
With Water is a member of Irrigation Australia and is an accredited Australian irrigation Systems Auditor.
Irrigation Australia is the country’s peak national irrigation organisation representing the Australian irrigation industry in all sectors.
Effluent Management
With Water has license to use Queensland Department of Primary Industries’ MEDLI software. It is the recommended by the environmental regulator as the preferred tool when modelling effluent dispersal through irrigation.
It is our preferred method when calculating Nutrient irrigation management plans (NIMPs) and Water Budgets.
ATU & Grey Water Systems
With Water is approved by the Australian Department of Health for design and installation of ATU and greywater systems.
